First Session - 6:30pm to 7:15pm; Second Session - 8:00pm to 8:45pm.  As you can appreciate our priority is your players.  We need to be available to coordinate age groups at the beginning of each session.  If you wish to discuss a matter please come to the office during the above times.  If you wish to discuss a matter in private an appointment can be arranged.  We send letters home with the players please ask your players if they received any information.  Please also check the notice board as we sometimes get information at the last minute and need to let you know (The notice board is in the reception area.)

Contacting your coach :

You must ONLY use your coaches contact details on MATCH DAYS and NO OTHER TIME.  If you need to let us know about anything else please use the centre phone or email (see contacts page)  Any playing programme player using the coach's telephone number will be immediately released from the centre.  You as parents have signed a declaration to this affect.  Coaches are monitoring this.

Smoking :

There is a NO SMOKING POLICY in place at Westfield School.  You are not allowed to smoke anywhere on their property.  You are also not allowed to smoke at any away matches.  Any parents found smoking will have an on the spot £5.00 fine.  Anyone caught a second time, the fine will be doubled and action will be taken.

Match Days :

Parents are only allowed to stand in designated areas.  You are not allowed to stand behind or near the goal.  Please read the parents code of conduct.  Click here for more information.

Raffle :

We also run a raffle on match days and any help with this would be appreciated (from supplying a prize or selling the tickets)

Tea and Coffee :

Will be available and again we would appreciate any help on match days.

Time :

If you can give any time at all on a Saturday for putting up nets or clearing up after the game.  Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Parking :

Also on match days could all parents please park in the top car park as the leisure centre is open to the public.  (This is a request from Westfield School)

Please encourage your players to take responsibility for their own kit and equipment for all training and match days.

Please make sure you have read and understood the Parents/Carers code of conduct (click here to download the Code of Conduct) and also read and understood the contents of the hand book with your player.  Everyone has signed to say they will adhere to the rules set out in the book.
